I rent here a often and the customer service seems to get better with time. They go out of the way to make sure im completely satisfied. My only complaint is that I have to clean the windshield every time.

I have been a premier member at Enterprise for nearly a decade and I have always left their locations satisfied. This time was no different. Miranda, the manager of Hyattsville, MD location on Route 1, made waiting over an hour for my vehicle a pleasure. The location was exceptionally busy and it was pouring down raining outside, making it nearly impossible to check cars in and out. However, Miranda and her two assistant associates, did their level best to handle that situation with professionalism and humor! GREAT JOB!!
I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and attentiveness to the customers needs. I have consistently rented a car from Enterprise for the last 8 months and have dealt with a few branches however the service at the 5810 Baltimore Avenue Hyattsville Maryland branch has been extraordinarily wonderful. All of the staff are very kind and professional but in particular I have had the pleasure of working more directly with branch manager Miranda Ash-Shaheed and assistant manager Brandon Pailin.
