Checked in at 10am now it's about to be 2pm when you buy brand new tires just know your alignment is not included and they add additional charges with out informing you1st my bill at 1st was 847 now jumped to over a 1000 the labor cost more than buying the tires the wait is b.s. worst experience they did my alignment it hasn't even been 5min I bring it back because they didn't do it right I wasted 4 hours of my time just for them to waste my money and time
Shove and sack service. This is the WORST service I have ever received. The manager was nasty when I asked simple questions in relations to tire specs, availability, price I received online vs in shore. At one point looked at me like I was insane... I am the customer, I am entitled to ask. The front tires were way off balance. The alignment was not proper. I ended up having to take the car to Acura to allow them to precision balance & Align. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE. BAD SERVICE/TERRIBLE REPS.
I brought my car in the shop being too worried about the wheels might be loosened. Surprisingly nothing was wrong and I wasn't even charged even if one of their mechanics diagnosed and did a test run. Much appreciation!
This team is extremely fabulous, very friendly and professional. I live in VA but travel to this location because they always take good care of me even though I don't have an appointment!
My experience here was beyond terrible I will NEVER be going to this location anymore...i went in for a check tire pressure routine because my light kept coming on and automatically they said I needed a tire alignment I waited from 8am to 1245 pm just for a tire alignment..pretty much they got over me and I ended up paying 500 dollars for just a tire alignment 2 something for the tire alignment and 2 somethn for labor which was not my fault because they kept saying my car was being worked on when they had literally just ordered the part and I didn't know I would be waiting over 4 hours pretty much..OH AND GET THIS MY CHECK TIRE PRESSURE is STILLLLLLL ON...wat a waste of time and money smh...
