When I went one day they didn't have AC. However overall they're professional and courteous.
Exactly like every other Old Navy store but with the clothes in giant heaps and piles like a sort of landfill for new clothes instead of on racks and hangers like you might expect.
This store was shopped very hard around 3pm. Very difficult to shop. Its like the store hasn’t recovered from Black Friday. I didn’t spend as much time in store as I would have liked due to the state of the store. The whole 20 minutes or so that I was in there, the only employee I saw was the cashier. This was a big difference from the usual annoyance the employees bring when asking repeatedly if you need help, but seriously, the store was a disaster. Not a good experience.
