I always go here it is crowded all the time but there are lot of machines and weekends they don't charge for drying your clothes ...and they also sell food there ice cream and you can wacht movies...
They close everything else out and keep you in one half of the laundromat. People are fighting for machines and they are no where to be found. If someone needs help and they see they are having a hard time, they just stare and pretend they don't work there. Poor service from lazy, disrespectful staff that when you ask for assistance they pretend like they have no clue what you are asking of them and leave instead of helping . Owner change staff and leave all equipment to be used until closing time . Not 3-4 hours before closing.
The staff who works there help you get your clothes inside ....
My first experience was very impressive the staff there were really helpful and most of them were Spanish speakers and i don’t know Spanish . However, I didn’t feel abandoned and the other customers along with the staff helped us too with the machines and card system .
Terrible service, staff is lazy and will close half the laundromat before closing time. Then you can't find any machines to dry or wash , just because they wanna sit down and not do anything else.
Nice people. Really crowded but full of families and MANY machines. Purchase a laundry card inside and use that with the machines because they are not coin operated. Ask for help. Spanish speakers and very helpful.
