This place is a definitely a hit and miss. Some days you get fast and excellent service, other days you are surprised anyone works there. I called to check on the status of my pizza just now and had to wait 5 minutes on hold. I think I will just drive 5 minutes to the other Pizza Hut up the street. They have better and faster service.

I ordered a pizza around 6:00PM and it arrived at almost 9:30PM ! I called around 7:30ish to cancel the order but the manager pleaded, and said my pizza was on its way. I wouldn't have paid for it if I hadn't used my credit card. They also don't seem to read into their online orders. I asked for sriracha bread sticks, and received regular bread sticks.The pizza sometimes taste like its been sitting out for awhile. I asked for cheesy bread, and the same thing was done. When I ask for the sauce drizzle my pizza had none. I have been disappointed one too many times and don't think I will be ordering from them again.
I had the worst experience of my life ..the person I talked to over the phone was rude and nasty ,she told me the phone no# ,I had was wrong they never delivered my pizza they rescheduled my delivery for a later time my wait time was more than 1hr an 1/2 it took almost 2 hrs for my pizza to get to me ... not forgetting they had already charged me ..... poor service very poor ..
It's kinda empty but the pizza is so fresh and good
