Great park with great people and dogs for my dog and I to socialize with. Best time to go is between about 4:30 and 7:30 on week nights, there's almost always a crowd there then to really tire the dog out!
We are the neighbours of the park and haven't been for over a year, but it was great as always!. New dog owners & didn't see any old faces, bit overall it was fun & introducing our new puppy to the park as well.
Nice place to let dog run.
Only potential downside is limited parking, but coming from the city I’m used to no parking.
Best DC area dog park, period.
It’s big with two fenced in play areas (the smaller area is comparable to the larger section at Shaw or Kingsman parks downtown), it’s stocked with poop bags, there’s covered benches in BOTH areas, a porta potty for the humans, and parking in the playground right next to it.
