The stores are very affordable they have everything you need from clothes to cd's phones cassettes videos dvds blue ray etc.
Pleasant shopping center. Has a few doctors office's, restaurants, and other unique shopes. Busy intersection (University Blvd and Riggs Rd) so you cant miss it. Plenty of parking.
This is an older building with promise. It is a bit dark and outdated but is a central location for many African and Latino small businesses. Hair Salons, clothing eye doctors etc. It sits at a major intersection so there will always be business. The elevators should be serviced and maybe some proper landscaping and brighter interior colors.
