With that being said, it's DEFINITELY worth visiting at least once to do some detective work and seeing the deals you can find / finding something new. Well done, MegaFarmers Market! :)
It's definitely worth checking out, especially for their diverse selection of produce, meat, and shelf-stable items that you wouldn't be able to get at a conventional supermarket. Not only that, but many of their items are surprisingly inexpensive!
The guys at the meat department rock.they are respectful and cut the meat the way I want everytime .the price are reasonable too
This place smells horrible, the people are rude and no one speaks English. Welcome to America
Finally, the in-store announcements are accompanied by the catchiest jingle on the face of the earth. If you hear it once, you'll never forget it. I don't live in the area anymore, but I still find myself humming the in-store jingle once at least a week - 1.5 yrs after being there. It may be annoying to some, but I loved it.
Smells bad. At the entrance you're greeted with rotten garbage smell. The produce section has rotting produce. The fish tank has dead fish. Meat department smells like the meat is not fresh at all. They don't even sell lunch meat... and the bagels we bought there taste stale and unfortunately slightly like the store smells.
Great cheap shopping center and wonderful staff
As others have stated, there are a few issues - some substandard produce, generally messy atmosphere, and sometimes unsafe location stopped this from being my main supermarket.
