Surprised this place is still open? I heard the management here is terrible and that they just don't know how to operate properly. They either need to get that fixed or nobody will work here, all the time you see different people in different departments. Which is why they never memorize anything
Bad customer service run to man and plus size on 3rd floor department looking for black polos small for my son.hardly found 2 short sleeve and 1long sleeve,which were on special due to labor day.the cashier started to interrogate me on were did I found the long sleeve suate shirt she said it was to cheap because a tag showed 12 bucks though I had change the tag made a whole drama telling the ppl till a nice young man (told her they were on sale he knew were they were.later they scream you can take it for 12 dollars they on special that's what I thought at first place.they made me feel so miserable always will remember about the this unicorn looking lady..
It was terrible none of the coupons work then the cashier ask me did I want to reward card but gave me a credit card something I don't want that I'm going to be cancelled soon as it gets here I'll never JCPenney's again
Big place with nice items, goods are fair priced. You can get adult and kidds staff with variety. I liked the place
Terrible no cashiers and on clerks floor store deserted. No joke. Bring uiur wheel chair no seats and its crazy in there. Please don't go!!
