Customer service counter help either non existent or very poor. Can't get certain rain checks and it wasn't a seasonal item! Then was told to wait while she talk to her friend on the phone. As a customer service manager who truly appreciates my customers I had to yes had to express how unprofessional she was in front of her to the manager. Target at this location will definitely not get my business holiday or not. Consumers always have other options.
A nice man helped me with a app. At check out the lady was very helpful.
Sales people helpful and friendly. Found what I was looking for. Only issue: the bathroom was in terrible shape. If they have expanded holiday hours they need to also expand and pay for extra staff coverage of bathroom cleanup.
Target is always very clean it makes you want to buy from this store and I love Target because there is always a surprise waiting for you with the red and white stickers and yellow and white stickers I always hear people talking saying I came in this store for one thing and I ended up getting much more.
First of all Target is my favorite store, I'm always there. I receive always a good customer service from the workers there. I am really thankful and grateful to the employees and guests of target. I dropped my money there while shopping, I called the store and told them that I dropped my money there and guess what? Someone picked it up and gave to an employee. I called but I would never imagine that I was going to find the money, the manager told me they found some money but I had to come and they will run the camera. I went back and they give to me exactly the way it was. Thank you again for everybody's honesty.
