The staff at the shoo in Langley Park are irresponsible do not speak clearly. A month ago I made a purchase for more than $ 2000.00 and my items will be delivered to me until February 15 and they told me that on December 20. They are careless and there is no communication betwen them. I not bought in these stores before and I would not do it again. I hope that my complaint serves as something
Ok, but wish Toys R Us would come back to this place and this store could move somewhere else. This mall used to be very nice when Toys R Us was here, but now it is a dump. The Toys R Us store opened in November of 1996 and closed on January 31, 2007. That spot has been vacant for a little over a year and a half until mid-late 2008, when Regency Furniture began operating in that space. Prior to Toys R Us, K-mart used to be located in this space of the mall. It operated from Spetember of 1981 to 1996. Wonder how K-mart looked like in the Langley Park Plaza? I am familiar with how Toys R Us looked though. My dad told me it was a K-Mart before and that Toys R Us moved from its original Lewisdale location, which is currently occupied by Value Village to the Langley Park Plaza. This shopping plaza has gone downhill over the past decade. It used to be a very nice mall but has become a boring, lackluster mall just a few years ago. Still like the fact that there is a CVS Pharmacy and Atlantic Supermarket in this mall.
Worst and most deceiving company that I have ever encountered. Our salesman told us that our couch would be delivered no more than 3 weeks. I called on the day of 3 weeks and was told the manger was in but not in the office so I would have to leave a number for them to call. I did and never received a phone call. Week 6 rolls around and we finally get a call to schedule delivery. I missed the first call so when I called back they asked for my number and name. Then started asking me when I would like to schedule the delivery. Which would have been 3 weeks and 2 days passed the timeframe that was promised. When I expressed that they are not within the promised time frame and we would not have purchased a couch with them if we knew this would be more than a six week wait. I was speaking to Jackie from customer service when she informed me that even though there is a 6 week timeframe, they have an additional 2 weeks for delivery. When I said that’s a really tricky thing to do to customers and asked where this language was located on the invoice, Jackie then proceeds to tell me that she will no longer speak to me because my name isn’t on the invoice. Which is funny because I co-signed a loan with my boyfriend to purchase the couch. Not to mention they checked my name and number in the system to schedule a delivery. I told her that and she said she wasn’t speaking to me and decided to give an attitude with her remarks.
If I could rate this furniture store 0 stars I would. This is by far the worse place I couldave ever made business with. The customer service I received beginning from the sales representative and ending with the manager was HORRIBLE. They lie about prices, things you would receive for spending a certain amount, and lie about the day you would be receiving your furniture. I recommend not going to this place!!!
regency furniture deserves five star..i was at the store last week and was welcomed by David who helped me with my goods purchase...i even got to interact with the stuff...very good guys keep it up
This is the absolute worst place of business, I or my family will no longer be a customer to this shady business. If you want satisfaction, reliable service and pleasant customer service DO NOT go to Regency.
