Don't ever call CL Hibbard. He is totally untrustworthy. He removed an old radiator in a bathroom and never came back to install the new one despite assuring me in repeated telephone conversations, over a course of six months, that he had ordered the new radiator and would install it. I finally gave up and got another plumber, Jiffy, who responded immediately and within a week we had the radiator.
