My home's AC unit was not functioning. We had an appointment with this company and were given a window of 8am-6pm for our service time. No one came. I called in the afternoon to check on our status and the representative on the phone said they would call me back once they knew. No one called back. I called again at 6:00pm and was re-routed to the national ARS call center because this office had closed. They were unable to help me or explain the service "no show" but assured me that a service representative would be dispatched to my home the following day. The next morning I called and the company had no record of my service appointment and refused to schedule me until several days later. In summary, I would not recommend this company. The absence of costumer driven service and the refusable to take responsibility for or attempt to compensate for their errors is unacceptable. There are many more reliable choices when it comes to HVAC repair in the DC metro area.
