My car was "hit and run"... Called 9-1-1... Got quick response and they sent a p/o who took care of the report in the professional manner. Too bad I forgot to take his info and he didn't offer any...
My experience was horrible!!! Went for a vehicle release and no one was working in the clerks office. A another woman stated she had been there for 2.5 hours and a man had been there for 2 hours. Needless to say I left after 30 min utes without ever being helped. Only one star because I couldn't do 0 stars.
JUST GHETTO!!!!!!! AND RUDE. NO MANNERS and not helpful at all. Eww.
Disrespectful, Unprofessional, and EXTREMELY GHETTO!! Dealing with these people was such a nightmare! I am thoroughly DISGUSTED with the "help" I received. My boyfriend was picked up, and was held for over 36 HOURS without speaking to a commissioner b/c the officers in this department FAILED to do their job multiple times. I contacted my lawyer and he advised me, they could not hold someone longer than 24 hours without speaking to a commissioner. when I called these people to find out what the hold up was, I kept getting the same answer "call back in 3-4 hours". I advised this officer that I would be calling back at this time and at that point if there was no update, my lawyer would be notified and sent in. this made the officer upset, he hangs up on me as I was thanking him for his time. Then proceeds to go to my boyfriend (who is being held in a cell with 8 other ppl) with a female officer telling him "he better tell me to stop threating them with my lawyer" and how she wishes she answered the phone b/c she 'would've had a attitude and checked me." HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!! First of all, exercising my rights and involving my lawyer is NOT A THREAT. Secondly, I wish she would've answered the phone so she could've been politely checked RIGHT BACK and I could've got her name to file a FORMAL complaint! At no point in time was I rude to anyone of these incompetent morons. My lawyer said had it been any other county, we would've NEVER dealt with such corruption and he would've been released HOURS AGO. SO SORRY FOR ANYONE WHO DEALS WITH THIS POLICE DEPARTMENT.
They never ever pick up the phone worst and poor service ever!
