Service is slow
This is one of THE most unprofessional establishments in Columbia Mall. A bunch of untrained young loud young adults playing. The "manager" Matt seems to condone this behavior. Instead of assisting with the dozens of customers he stood around swinging his arms. When it was brought to his attention, he became real indignant and stated we were free to go elsewhere. And well, that's exactly what I did. I went downstairs to FL and spent my $507.54. Kudos to them. PS. I did reluctantly have to go back to champs because they did not have my daughter's size in FL. I was upset about having to spend one red cent. Never again.
P.S. I'm writing this review under PG because Google is stating The Columbia store is closed. (Not true). Also the manager refused to give me contact information for a Regional manager.
