Went there on my lunch break. I wanted to add a line to my ATT account and get the new iPhone. I waited 30 minutes. After I told the person what I wanted, he said I could only transfer a number, not add a new one in order to get the contract discount on the phone. I asked, "So if someone brand new walked in and wanted a new contract, they wouldn't be able to get the phone at the discounted price?" He responded yes. After dealing with him for another 30 minutes I grew impatient and left. I went to the Apple Store later that day and purchased the new phone and added it to my plan in under 10 minutes. I won't deal with Best Buy Mobile ever again.
