I'm never coming back here again and I've been loyal to this store since I started working there long ago. I went there thanksgiving this year to purchase a ps4 from a promo the company was sharing. When I get there the manager of the store was telling people that other part of that promo was incorrect. Pretty much the current employees there were pocketing the gift cards. That was my first time I have ever been scam from there. And will be my last.
Black Friday was alright. This location only had two registers for about 75 customers. It was unorganized. Need better thought out plans for next year. Maybe a line for consoles and a line just for purchasing games.
this was a horrible experience, no help whatsoever and when we tried to check out the employees were very confused on what they were doing and it took 30 minutes to checkout and then we realized that they had told us the original price was $250 but ended up being $400 so we ended up leaving empty handed
No stars... system said they had a game but when at register game could not be located also the cashier did not ask if i had a membership card to get points...which I do but I forgot to give it to him...the cashier he should have asked...worst Gamestop ever
