Went here once to use the fax machine. Not bad. Very clear instructions on how to use the machines, but it would be nice if there was someone available to help. Parking can also be a big hassle, and then it's a bit of a walk to and from the car to the store.
Very well organized. Staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Picked up everything we needed in a very timely fashion.
Dear John and Jane Public. Do NOT waste your time with this location. Your time is too important to risk missing deadlines dealing with nonchalant workers who couldn't care less about your project. Put in a project online two days ago. They call the day I sent in the order stating the binding machine is down and that the technician was called to come in and fix THAT day. They call today and it's still not fixed. You're a PRINTING company that can't do your job. Needless to say I will NEVER use staples again. Support the little guy. Use independent small businesses that care.
GO ELSEWHERE!!! I have never been so pissed and angry in my life!! I had a presentation for the following morning and submitted my 6 posters to be printed before 2pm in order to be ready the same day (AS ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!!) I arrive after a long day at work hoping to just pick up my posters and leave only to be told that no printing was done that day and it would be, instead, completed the following day. I was not called or informed this prior or I would've printed my items else where. The customer service rep quickly stated they were not here just to pass the blame. When I explained the urgency, he finally agreed to print the posters and tells me to come back in an hour. I do as I'm told only to find NO POSTERS PRINTED because of a paper jam or "technical difficulties." I ask to speak to the manager, no compassion is shown for my time wasted and my work day ruined because of the unprinted posters. I ask for a refund with takes another 30 mins. No apologies, no steps taken to resolve their mistake and unprofessional behavior. They actually went as far as to blame me for not putting a rush order on the item!!! I will CERTAINLY never come back to this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I came here to print some documents in the afternoon (past 5pm) and staff was friendly and helpful. I also accidentally left my wallet there so I called and they stored it for me and gave it to me as I was running back to the store. The machines can be slow to start (the workstations), the store inside looks a bit disorganized and sometimes the cashiers don't seem to be paying much attention. As far as selection for products, while it's a fairly sized Staples, it feels like it's lacking compared to other Staples. Overall, nothing terrible or dreadful, just a standard and pleasant costumer service experience.
